Purchasing Specialist English B2+

Responsibilities:

• Create/Upload and maintain supplier catalogs as per country request

• User support/training

• Identify opportunities for the creation of new catalogs/contracts

• Identify and resolve transactional problems regarding the purchasing process: review and process purchase orders and invoices.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.

Experience: At least 1 year in a finance, purchasing or accounting position.

Administrative Knowledge: Strong knowledge of administrative and financial processes.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic environment.

Independence: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Teamwork: Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.

Customer Orientation: Commitment to customer service and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.

Analytical Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex tasks.

Detail-oriented: Detail-oriented with a focus on precision.

Positive Attitude: Commitment to continuous learning and personal improvement.

Required skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

English language proficiency - B2+ C1 certificate

Mastery of MS Office applications (intermediate level in Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or similar ERP systems (desirable).
